- Children’s Information: Child’s name (securely encrypted and accessible only by the practitioner who created the record), system-generated Child ID, age group (Babies, Toddlers, Pre-Grade), and developmental milestones stored securely.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Manage and authenticate practitioner accounts.
- Maintain and display children’s profiles and ELDA-based assessments.
- Provide system features, such as progress tracking and reporting.
- Communicate updates or account-related information.
We do not sell or share your information for marketing purposes.
Data Protection

- Encryption: Passwords, security answers, and children’s names are securely encrypted to prevent unauthorized access.
- Access Control: Children’s data is accessible only to the practitioner who created the record.
